On January 25, 2025, at the headquarters of iMediTech Inc. (IMT) in Gwangju, the medical device manufacturing specialist IMT and the bio-medical technology company elecell signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

The signing ceremony was attended by key executives from both companies, including IMT CEO Joon-kyu Park and elecell CEO Hyung-seop Han. Through this collaboration, the two companies are expected to accelerate the commercialization and production of chronic wound treatment devices and devices aimed at preventing muscle loss and improving walking function.

IMT has established itself as a recognized leader in the domestic and global markets based on its expertise and technology in the medical device field. With this agreement, the company plans to further drive the commercialization of innovative bio-medical technologies in partnership with elecell.
